Hi- This past weekend I ran with my sister in the Tinkerbell Half Marathon at DisneyLand. We ran in Memory of my daughter Sabrina. Last year was a tough year with the miscarriage of my daughter in October. I didn't have a lot of training time, but I was determined to do my best. I ended up running/walking 10miles!!!!!! I didn't make it to 13.1, but my sister did and finished the race. I am happy we ran the race and I know my daughter is proud of her mom and her aunt. Here are a few pictures! It says: "You don't have to go fast, you just have to go!" Good motivation for myself and all the runners behind me. lol :)
Happy New Year! I hope 2012 has been treating you well so far. I am determined to get my strength back to run in the Tinkerbell half marathon. I may not be able to make it to the finish line, but I will try my hardest. I am running in loving memory of my baby girl Sabrina, who we lost in October.
