Hi Friends- the 11th Annual San Diego Blood Bank 5k Walk/Run is happening on Sunady, July 29th.  It 's for a great cause!  Last year I was in need of the San Diego Blood Bank's help and they saved my life.  Donating blood and helping out such an amazing cause makes a difference in someone's life everyday.
